Home Matters Caregiving is Hiring a Part-time Caregiver Near San Luis Obispo, CA

We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with experience in this field to become a part of our Home Matters Caregiving family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Starting at $18/hr. - $20/hr. with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support) and full-time or part-time available for caregiving positions in San Luis Obispo and the surrounding areas!

Duties include, but are not limited to

  • Companionship
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal Preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Errands
  • Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
  • Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Requirements to be a caregiver:

  • Available on the weekends
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
  • Successfully complete the State of California Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry requirements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
